We do not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns. Once an order is placed and processed, it can't be canceled, refunded or exchanged. 

Reasons for policy:

Due to hygiene, quality control, and inventory reasons all G.O.D Body sales are final. It will allow us to give highest standards of quality and ensure our pieces received are new or unworn.

G.O.D Body Collection will not be responsible for incorrect orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: 

If a product received is damaged or incorrect due to a packaging error, please contact our email within 48 hours with photo proof so we can review the issue.

Product Closure:

All jewelry sold on this site is gold plated- unless noted otherwise. These items are not solid gold. Gold plating is a thin layer of gold over a base metal and may wear over time with regular use.
